2 c. Flour
c. Sugar
c. Soft Shortening
1 Egg
c. Milk
2 tsp. Baking Powder
tsp. Salt
2 c. Blueberries

Topping:

c. Sugar
⅓ c. Flour
tsp. Cinnamon
c. Butter - softened

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, shortening and egg thoroughly. Stir in milk. Blend dry ingredients; stir in, until well blended. Carefully blend in blueberries.

Grease and flour a square, 9"x9"x1", pan. Spread batter into pan. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake in a 375 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick stuck in center, comes out clean.
