1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cups salted peanuts
2/3 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups halved candied cherries
1 cup chipits
3/4 cup margarine
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour with 1/3 cup brown sugar
Cut in margarine until coarse crumbs
Press mixture evenly and firmly onto bottom of ungreased 15”x10”x 3/4” jelly roll pan 350º 15 minutes
Beat egg slightly in large bowl, stir I remaining 1/3 cup brown sugar and salt
Add nuts,cherries,chipits
Toss mixture lightly to mix and coat
Spread evenly over baked layer
Press firmly to adhere layers
Bake at 350 for 20 more minutes
Cool and cut
