½ stick butter
lemon juice
oregano
garlic powder
salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Clean chicken and cut in serving pieces. Melt the butter in the baking dish in oven (400º). Roll chicken in butter, sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.

Bake skin side down, uncovered; turn and bake 30 minutes more. Reduce heat to 300º and bake 14-20 minutes. Coat with lemon juice. Cover and set in turned off oven for 15 minutes.
