1 cup Cashews
⅓ cup oil
2 chicken breasts, cut it bite sized pieces
1 cup Green Peppers, sliced
1 cup Onion, sliced
1½ cups Celery, sliced
¾ cup chicken broth (or ½ can)
2 tbsp Corn Starch
¼ cup Sherry
⅓ cup Soy Sauce
1 can Bamboo Shoots
1 can Water chestnuts, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown cashews in oil in a wok (only for a few seconds). Brown chicken in oil for 10-15 minutes. Take out and add green peppers, onions, and celery. Add chicken broth to the rest of the chicken broth. Add corn starch, sherry, soy sauce. Add to vegetables after 5 minutes. Add bamboo shoos and water chestnut, chicken, and cashews. Heat and serve on rice.
