Ingredients:  
cup Flour
cup Parmesan
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 chicken cut in serving pieces
1 stick butter, melted
cup cocktail sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in flour mixture.

Place in baking dish. Bake 30 minutes at 400. Take from oven. Let it cool for 1 minute, then pour wine over and bake 30 minutes longer or until tender.
