2 (7-ounce) boxes Jiffy Blueberry Muffin mix
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1 stick Butter
½ cup Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed
2 Eggs
1 ½ cups White Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F.

Cream together butter, cream cheese, and brown sugar.

Add eggs one at a time until blended. Add muffin mix to the mixture and mix well.

Fold in white chocolate chips.

Chill for at least one hour.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.

Bake at 325º for 14 minutes.
