1 cups flour
cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
⅛ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
cup milk
⅓ cup melted butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
Crumb Topping
⅓ cup flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon sugar
teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
Cinnamon swirl
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoons cinnamon

Preheat oven 375 Whisk dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients. Add to dry ingredients mix well. Mix cinnamon swirl together. Mix topping together. Assembling the muffins: put 2 tablespoons cake batter in muffin tins, place 1 teaspoon cinnamon mixture on top, using a tooth pick swirl into batter. Fill full with the rest of batter. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 15-17 minutes.
