1 Uncooked Pie Crust
2 Eggs
c. Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
tap. Salt
tsp. Ground Ginger
⅛ tsp. Ground Cloves
1 can (16 oz.) Pumpkin
1 can (12 oz.) Evaporated Milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450
2. Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl, beat in remaining ingredients.
3. Pour filling into pie crust. Bake 15 minutes.
4. Reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake another 45 minutes longer.
5. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
