1 1/2 C WHOLE MILK
1/2 C FLOUR
DASH SALT
1 1/2 C SUGAR
2 tsp.VANILLA

Directions:
In medium sauce pan wisk together milk, flour. and salt.
cook and stir over med heat until thick and bubbly.
reduce heat cook and stir 2 mintues more.
transfer to small bowl cover with plastic wrap.
ref until cold....do not stir.
In large bowl beat butte, sugar, and vanilla. on med for at least 5 min until light and fluffy and sugar is almost desolved. Add cool milk mixture, 1/4 c at a time
Beat on low agter each mixture until frosting is light and fluffy.
