6 OZ BITTER SWEET CHOCLATE
1/2 C UNSALTED BUTTER
2 EGGS
2 EGG YOLKS
2T FLOUR
1/4 C SUGAR
PINCH SALT

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 450
Butter and flouring 6 ramakins
in a double boiler melt butter and choclate on low until smooth
Combine eggs and egg yolk and salt and sugar in bowl until light and thick
add choclate mixture with the flour mixture
Poor batter into ramkins
Bake for 8 mintues
Let ramakins cool for about a mintues.
Place dessert plate ontop of ramakins Invert and cover with powered sugar
It is best to your hand mixture for eggs mixture
