1 baguette
2 cans of Italian tuna packed in oil
Parmesan cheese cut in small pea sized pieces
Grape or cherry tomatoes chopped in small pieces
Fresh basil, chopped
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper
Arugula

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the baguette thin and brush slices lightly with olive oil. Bake in oven until lightly toasted. Combine remaining ingredients to your taste. Either pre make with arugula on top of the toast with the tuna on top, or mix arugula into the tuna and have everyone serve themselves.
