2 (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
1 box vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling (or flavor of your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice. Use a cupcake pan and put liners in the cups. Put a vanilla wafer into each cup. Spoon one tablespoon of mixture into each cup onto of the vanilla wafer. Bake 15 minutes. Once cups cool, spoon a tsp of cherry pie filling on top.
