2 3 Zucchinis, thinly sliced
2 3 Yellow Squash, thinly sliced
Sleeve of saltine crackers, crushed up
Jar of Marinated Artichoke Hearts, cut up roughly, save all the juice
Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
One cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Spray Casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Layer zucchini, yellow squash, artichokes, cheese and cracker pieces (Use each item per layer)
Pour the juice on top of the casserole for great flavor.
Pour the heavy cream on top as well.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until squash is soft when tested with a fork.
