2 cups water

1 cup mashed potatoes

¼ Cup butter

1 ½ tsp salt

4 ½ - 4 ¾ cup flour

4 tsp wheat gluten

2 tbsp yeast

2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything in a mixer with dough hook until smooth and elastic.

Let rise until doubled.

Divide in half and roll each piece into a rectangle. Roll up and pinch seam together. Place seam side down in a greased bread pan.

Let rise again for about 30 minutes white oven heats to 375F.

Brush with egg wash and bake until center reaches 200F, about 35-40 minutes.
