1 1/2 LB NEW POTATOES CUT IN HALF
1 SPRIGS TYME
1 T OLIVE OIL
3 SLICES BACON
3 MED SHALLOTS CUT IN WEDGES
1 T WHITE VINEGER
1 T WHOLE GRAIN MUSTARD
salt and pepper to taste

In large bowl add oil salt pepper mustard and onions and vinger
Fry and drain bacon, remove chrisp bacon from pan and add potatoes mixture
Lower temp. and fry until tender
