1 C. rice
1 C. milk
4 C. milk with vitamin D
½ C. sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
½ stick butter, cut into pieces
cinnamon, optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook rice and milk in double boiler for about an hour, stirring often. When done rice should be tender.
2. Pour into a bowl and add sugar and vanilla. When almost cool, add butter.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
