5 cups corn (cut fresh from cob)
2 large onions (chopped)
3 each red and green bell peppers (chopped)
1/2 medium head of cabbage (chopped)
2 cups sugar
1 tbsp mustard seed
1 tbsp celery seed
1 tbsp tumeric
1 tbsp salt
2 1/2 cups cider vinegar
1 tbsp dry mustard
1/2 cup water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large kettle. Simmer for 25 minutes. Pack into clean jars (add liquid to within 1 inch for headspace.) Hot water bath for 5 minutes.
