Ingredients:  
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 medium onion chopped
25-30 small shrimp, peeled and devaned
1 can rotell
5-6 mushrooms, sliced
sausage
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cooked white grits

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, mushrooms and sausage in butter. Add rotell and simmer for 15 minutes. Add shrimp and bacon bits. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over cooked grits.
