1 bushel apples (cored and peeled)
10 cups water
2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup cornstarch
2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above ingredients (except apples) and bring to a boil. Slice apples and pack into jars. Pour the filling over the apples and seal jars. Process them 10 minutes on 5 pounds pressure.
