2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 oz cream cheese, cut into 8 pieces

6 tbsp melted butter

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 egg

1 tbsp milk

2 tsp vanilla

1/2-3/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sprinkles.

In another bowl combine cream cheese, butter, oil until smooth. Add egg, milk, and vanilla.

Add flour mixture to cream cheese mixture.

Press dough into a rectangle and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for 30-60 minutes. cut into 16 portions and roll each into a ball, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Chill for at least 30 minutes before baking.

Bake at 350F for 11-13 minutes or until golden around edges.
