1 cup butter

1 3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

15oz ricotta

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

4 1/2 cups flour

12oz mini chocolate chips

GLAZE: (optional)

2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 tsp almond

2-4 tbsp milk

Sprinkles (for topping)

Heat oven to 350F. Line 2-3 baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar.

Add eggs, ricotta, vanilla, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.

Fold in chocolate chips and flour until flour is just combined.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges just begin to brown.

MAKE GLAZE: (optional)

Whisk everything until smooth.

Dip tops of cookies in glaze and sprinkle with sprinkles.
