1 cup Mazola corn oil
5 or 6 whole peeled cloves of garlic
1/2 t black pepper or more to taste
1 pound cappelini or very thin spaghetti

Directions:

Brown garlic cloves in oil in a heavy sauce pan.

Cook pasta in heavily salted water per package directions. Drain pasta but do not rinse. Remove garlic cloves from oil. Pour oil over pasta and add black pepper and additional salt, if needed. Serve with grated Italian cheese.
