1 cup raisins

1 cup warm water

1 cup warm milk

1 tbsp yeast

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 tsp salt

5 1/2-6 cups flour

2 tbsp wheat gluten

Filling:

1 egg, beaten

1/2 cup sugar mixed with 2 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything in mixer with dough hook and mix until smooth and elastic.

Let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

Divide into 2 pieces. Roll each piece into a rectangle. Brush with egg and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll up and pinch seam together. Place seam side down in a greased 8x4 bread pan. Let rise again for about 40 minutes or until dough has risen about rim of pan.

Brush with egg wash.

Bake at 375F until center reaches 200F, about 40-45 minutes.
