600g flour

7g salt

7g baking soda

400g butter

280g sugar

180g brown sugar

170g eggs

Vanilla

600g chocolate chips

Directions:
Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time.

Add vanilla.

Add flour, salt, baking soda, and chocolate. Mix until flour is combined. Don't over mix.

Chill for at least 30 minutes before using a 1.5-2tbsp cookie scoop to portion cookies.

Bake at 375F for 12-14 minutes or until golden around edges.
