Ingredients: 1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz) softened 1 cup sour cream (this makes mixture more spreadable) 1-2 cloves of garlic
Optional spices to taste: Slap Your Mama, salt, pepper, dry ranch dressing
Whatever combination you want to add: Cooked bacon, chopped 1 can black olives (4-¼ oz) - chopped ¼ green pepper or red pepper - chopped ½ cup green onions - chopped 4 oz. green chilies - well drained and chopped 1 cup cheddar cheese per one 8 oz. block of cream cheese Sliced turkey or ham

Directions:Beat cream cheese and sour cream until blended. Stir in desired vegetables. Spread mixture over flour tortillas or spinach wraps. (Optional: Put slices of ham or turkey on tortilla after spreading on the cream cheese mixture. Roll up like a jelly roll. Wrap in saran wrap. Chill in refrigerator for several hours. Slice ½ to ¾ inch in thickness. Arrange on serving plate. |
