1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz) softened
1 cup sour cream (this makes mixture more spreadable)
1-2 cloves of garlic

Optional spices to taste: Slap Your Mama, salt, pepper, dry ranch dressing

Whatever combination you want to add:
Cooked bacon, chopped
1 can black olives (4-¼ oz) - chopped
¼ green pepper or red pepper - chopped
½ cup green onions - chopped
4 oz. green chilies - well drained and chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese per one 8 oz. block of cream cheese
Sliced turkey or ham

Beat cream cheese and sour cream until blended. Stir in desired vegetables. Spread mixture over flour tortillas or spinach wraps. (Optional: Put slices of ham or turkey on tortilla after spreading on the cream cheese mixture.
Roll up like a jelly roll.
Wrap in saran wrap.
Chill in refrigerator for several hours.
Slice ½ to ¾ inch in thickness.
Arrange on serving plate.

We were surprised when Ken Sharp requested that we add this recipe to the cookbook. We make different variations of ingredients for our annual St. Patrick's Day party using spinach wraps to give us "the green".
