½ c smoked paprika
⅓ c dark brown sugar
¼ c salt
¼ c garlic powder
2 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp chipotle chili pepper
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp dry mustard

Directions:

1. Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Store in an airtight container.
3. To use, sprinkle a 10 pound pork roast on all sides with ⅓ c spice rub.
4. This recipe makes about 2 c of spice rub.
