2 T. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 T. sugar

4 1/2 c. sifted flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water

Directions:
Sprinkle 2 T. yeast over 1/4 c. warm water and sprinkle 1 T. sugar over top and let work. Sift flour and measure 4 1/2 cups.

In mixer bowl beat 3 eggs until fluffy. Melt 1/2 c. butter or margarine and stir in 1/4 c. sugar and 2 tsp. salt. Stir until dissolved. Add 1 c. cold water to butter and add mixture to beaten eggs.

Add 2 c. shifted flour to egg mixture adn combine well. Add yeast. Then add remaining flour. Beat well with mixer. It will be very sticky. Cover with buttered wax paper and wet towel and refrigerate for at least 7 or 8 hours (or overnight). 2 hours before baking time remove from refrigerator and make into rolls, working on floured surface. Dip into melted butter or margarine and arrange in greased pan. Let rise for 2 hours.

Bake 375º for 15 to 20 minutes
