2 cups real warm water
2 pkgs of yeast or 2 T
1 T shortening
1/4 cup sugar
1 T salt
Add the above ingredients to warm water and let dissolve.
Add to the above 4-5 cups flour enough to make firm dough. Grease bowl put the dough in, cover and let rise till double in bulk. Grease a 9x13 pan and your hands. Shape the dough into balls, cover and rise till double bake 350 for about 30 minutes.

Grandma Lucy brought these to church for ever dinner we had after church. Everyone loved her rolls. She was such a loving person.
