1 lb. Italian Sausage, casting removed
2 (8 oz.) blocks cream cheese
1 C. Cheddar Cheese
1 (10 0z) can Rotel
Chopped tomatoes, for topping
Freshly chopped Parsley for topping
Chips, for serving

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet over Medium heat,
add sausage and cook, breaking up
meat with a wooden spoon, until no longer
pink. 6 Minutes, Drain fat

Return meat to skillet and add cream cheese,
Cheddar and Rotel.

Cook until melted.

5 Minutes

Top with Tomatoes and Parsley.

Serve warm with Chips
