Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 lbs to equal 5 cups sweet potatoes
1 2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
7/8 stick of butter
1 1/4 cup evaporated milk
3 eggs

Topping
1/3 c flour
1 c dark brown sugar
1/2 stick butter (room temp)
Blend together and sprinkle on top of Potatoes casserole

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes in half and boil until done about 20 minutes peels will slide off.
Mash potatoes and mix in the sugar, salt, buttermilk and eggs together.
Put in baking dish and sprinkle with topping.
Bake in 350 oven for 35-40 minutes until middle rises to meet sides.
