Duncan Hines and Betty Croker mixes - white, devils food, and spice are all accidentally vegan plus all these

Replace the eggs : 1/3 cup applesauce or a flax egg or " Second Nature " egg substitue if you can find it

You can also use carbonated water ( or coke etc ) for the water for extra light cake with lots of " rise "
