1 pkg. Fettuccine cooked
4 Tbs. butter
3/4 cups grated parmigiana cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream slightly beaten
Pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
- In small sauce pan melt butter
- Add the grated parmigiana cheese and heavy cream
- Beat with wire wisk
- Add cooked fettuccine noodles to a bowl, pour mixture over noodles and toss well
- Top with more grated parmigiana and pepper to taste
