3/4 cup apple juice
1 cup sugar ( or sugar substitute)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
dash of ground cloves
3 cups or 12 oz pkg of fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup of white raisins (optional)
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan (med size) place juice, spices, and sugar.
Cook and stir on medium heat till sugar dissolves.
Add berries and raisins.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat
Cook and stir till berries pop
Remove from heat
Stir in pecans and pour into a dish.
Will set up in the refrigerator

This recipe comes from Doris Kuntz, Mom, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, I think she was visiting with someone in a store, a new friend, as she had not met before. This lady gave Mom this recipe and it has become a family favorite. The best cranberry sauce ever.
