3 zucchini (sliced)
1 small onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp celery powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 pint sour cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 can stewed tomatoes (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a casserole dish.
Saute sliced zucchini with diced onion in butter until soft and transparent. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, celery powder, salt and pepper. Stir lightly to blend. Combine sour cream with Parmesan cheese. Gently mix through the vegetables. Canned stew tomatoes can be add, if desired. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
