1 lb. Breakfast Sausage
1/2 Chopped Onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Paprika
Hot sauce to you taste
3 Tbsp Flour
2 Cups Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in a cast iron skillet
Add onion, salt, paprika, hot sauce and sauté for about 5 minutes until onion is cooked
Add flour and mix for a couple of minutes
Add milk and cut down to low
Stir and gravy will thicken up as it goes
If it get too thick add a little milk
Taste and adjust seasonings
Serve over biscuits or toast
