Dough
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 whole eggs + 1 yolk ( keep egg white for filling)
Lemon peel
3 to 3 cup flour

Filling
2 Tbsp powder sugar
2 yolks
1 cup nuts + 2 tbsp sesame seeds
tsp cinnamon
tsp nutmeg
tsp cloves
tsp cognac
1 tbsp honey
3 egg whites

Cherries cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Dough
Beat together butter and sugar
Add the eggs
Add the rest of the ingredients slowly
Mix until its a soft dough

Filling
Mix together all but egg whites
Beat the egg whites until stiff like meringue
Fold into nut mixture

Prepare
Grease a tart pan or muffin pan
Make a small bowl with the dough and press into the pan, cover the sides
Add filling to fill about of the pan
Put on top in center

Bake
Until edges are brown
