Dough
4 sticks butter
5 cups flour ( or more)
½ cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup ouzo or cognac
3 egg yolks, beaten
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
¼ cup beer

Filling
1 ½ cup walnuts + 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
½ cups sugar
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp honey

1 Tbsp anthonero ( rosewater)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º

Dough:
Melt butter in saucepan with flour
Add milk
Add vegetable oil, ouzo/cognac, b. powder, b.soda and beer
When warm add beaten egg yolks
Make a soft dough

Filling:
Grind the nuts and toasted sesame nuts
Mix all together

Assemble:
Take a small ball of the dough and flatten
Put about 1 tsp of filling in the center
Shape like a sausage

Bake:
Until done

Finish:
When come out of the oven, spray with rose water
Roll in powder sugar once cooled

* can do powdered sugar on a separate day
* can freeze before or after powdered sugar step
