1 (10-15 lb.) beef brisket
1 (16 oz.) bottle Claude's Brisket Sauce

Directions:

1. Trim away most of the fat from the brisket and put in a large roasting pan.

2. Pour Claude's Brisket Sauce over the meat and cover with foil or a lid.

3. Bake at 350º F for about 6 hours or until tender.

4. Cut again the grain into slices.

When we moved from Texas to Utah, my mother would have her sisters bring a case of Claude's Brisket Sauce with them when they visited since you could only buy it in Texas. Now you can get it from the Claude's Sauces website. This is as easy as can be and is still the best brisket I've ever had.
