2 heaping Tbsp plain flour
4 heaping Tbsp cocoa
2¼ cups sugar
6 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
1 stick butter
12 oz can Carnation evaporated milk
3 Tbsp whole milk
2 tsp vanilla flavoring
2 frozen pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a bowl combine plain flour and cocoa together. Then add sugar, egg yolks, butter, evaporated milk, whole milk and vanilla.Mix well with electric mixer. Bake for 35 minutes until they don't shake.

Meringue:
6 egg whites
Pinch Cream of tartar
½ cup sugar

Mix egg whites and cream of tartar on high speed. Slowly add sugar. Bake 400º until golden brown.
