1/4 lb Pepperoni

1/4 lb Salami or Mortadella - or you can add both for a meatier salad

1/4 lb Mozzarella Cheese

1/4 lb Provolone Cheese

Pepperoncini peppers or Banana peppers - or add both

Red bell pepper

Sliced onion

Pitted green and black olives

Cherry tomatoes

Italian seasoning - season to your liking

Salt and Pepper - season to your liking

Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Red Wine Vinegar (or Apple Cider Vinegar) mix the ratio to your liking) OR you can use your favorite Italian salad dressing

Slice Salami into cubes and add to a large bowl

Slice Pepperoni and/or Mortadella into cubes add to the bowl

Add Pepperoncini Peppers and/or Banana Peppers to the bowl

Add sliced onion to the bowl (optional)

Slice all the cheeses into cubes and add to the bowl

Add the green and black olives to the bowl

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the bowl

Add Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to your liking

Add the oil and vinegar to the bowl

Mix all ingredients well

Allow the salad to marinate in the refrigerator for a bit. The longer the salad marinates the better the flavor

Alternatively, you can add the following to use as a base for your Antipasto Salad:

(1) A jar of Italian Antipasto (mild or hot) A jar of Italian Antipasto usually consists of black and green olives, artichokes, mushrooms, onion, a mix of sweet peppers and capers


(2) A jar of Italian Giardiniera Mix (mild or hot). Italian Giardiniera Mix usually consists of an Italian relish of pickled vegetables in vinegar or oil (cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers, celery, red bell peppers, pickles, onions)
