2-15oz cans of stewed or diced tomatoes (undrained)
2- 15 oz cans of kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
32 oz V8 vegetable juice
1 pound ground beef
1 white onion
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp pepper
1.5 oz chili seasoning packets ( 1-2 packets depending on size )

Directions:

Chop up 1 white onion and sauté in pan while browning ground beef. Toss in the garlic powder and pepper as well. Drain once browned. Then throw into the instant pot with all other ingredients. Use chili/bean setting for 15 minutes. Once complete, release pressure after another 10 or so minutes. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

For the canned tomatoes- I like to mix it up. Sometimes I use the kind with green chili’s or sometimes I use a can with Italian seasonings.

I use 1 can light and 1 can of dark kidney beans. You can also use chili beans for 1 of the cans too. It’s a very flexible receipt.
