6 bacon slices
1 cup chopped onions
2 cups cubed potatoes
1 cup water
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans of milk
1 teaspoon salt
parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp and set aside.

Pour off all but 3 tablespoons of bacon grease, add onions and brown.

Add potatoes and water.

Cooked covered 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Blend in soup, milk, salt.

Heat but do not boil.

Garnish with crumbled bacon and parsley.
