Vinegar
Mustard
Paprika
Garlic
Honey
Salt
Pepper
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with the quantities you desire. Each batch will be different until you get the flavor that suits you. Just be sure to make it liquid enough to completely cover all the ribs.
Marinate the ribs overnight.
Smoke at 275º fo 1.5 hours

Like I said, play with the marinade until you a flavor that suits you. I have never made one that turned out bad
