3 sweet apples (golden delicious)
1 medium sliced red onion
2 small green peppers
2 jalepenos (no seeds)
1 clove garlic
2 - 3 limes
1 T. apple cider vinegar
1 T. olive oil
2 T. fresh chopped cilantro
½ tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
