1 lb Wegmans Cauliflower Rice
1 Tbsp Wegmans Organic Basting Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Wegmans Shallot Thyme Finishing Butter
1 cup chopped Wegmans Salted Roasted Almonds
3/4 cup Wegmans Sweetened Dried Cranberries

VIEW STEP BY STEP
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss cauliflower rice and basting oil in large bowl; season with salt and pepper.
Spread evenly on parchment paper-lined baking sheet; roast about 25 min until lightly browned and tender.
Remove from oven; add butter, almonds and cranberries. Stir to melt butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Chef Tip: Great served warm, at room temp or chilled.
