Just pour some M&Ms in the bowl and then you pour some milk in the bowl. A better thing is to add some crisp to it like some--what are those things called? Oh yeah, Rice Krispies to it. Just for, like, some crisp. That's the main idea.

A good time to have this is, well, normally at lunchtime or like dinnertime.
