3 lbs yellow summer squash
1/2 cup choppeed onions
1/2 cup craker crumbs
2 eggs
1 stick of butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 seaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut up squash. Boil till tender. Drain and mash with 1/2 stick of butter. Mix remaining items except cracker crumbs and butter. Pour into baking dish. Melt remaining butter and pour over squash. Sprinkle with crumbs and bake at 375 for 1 hour.
