Ingredients:  
1 Small hen boiled and pulled off the bone.
1 pone of cornbread
1/2 as many biscuits (crumbled)
Butter
Chopped Onion
Chopped Celery
Salt & Pepper
Sage
2 eggs
Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute in butter the chopped onions, celery, salt & pepper and sage. Add to mixture of pulled chicken, cornbread and crumbled biscuits. Add 2 eggs and chicken broth until souppy consistancy.
**Mom's tip - add 1 stick of melted butter to the boiling chicken mixture and also use crumbled sour dough bread**

Bake at 400º for 30 minutes.

Gravy: Take chicken broth and add bullion cube, butter, celery, ontions and eggs.
