Salt & Pepper
Garlic Salt
Meat tenderizer
Flour

Water
Milk
Vegetable oil
Chopped onion

Directions:
Season cube steak with salt, pepper, garlic salt and meat tenderizer. Moisten steak with small amount of water or milk. Add flour,salt and pepper in an air tight zip lock baggie in order to shake steak in to coat well. Add 2 to 3 tbls of vegetable oil to black iron skillet and heat to a medium temperature prior to adding meat and onions. Cook to a medium brown color on each side
Add large box of beef broth & half as much water to a heavy large pot bringing to a slow simmer boil. As the steak comes out of skillet move immediately to the broth pot and allow steak and onions to continue to cook for 45 minutes. This is where your steak becomes tender, so don't rush it! Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup flour (seasoned) with 3/4 cup of milk and whisk together with steak. Increase heat to a medium boil for 10 minutes for gravy to become thick. Add top and simmer on low for 30 to 40 minutes. several times.
Depending on how many steaks you are preparing add beef broth, water, milk and flour. Keep gravy completely covering steak at all times.
