4 cups sliced rhubarb
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup oil
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread rhubarb over the bottom of a 9x13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Set aside for about 20 minutes. Stir together flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix rhubarb and sugar into the flour mixture. Add eggs, oil and nuts. Stir only until dry ingredients are blended. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
